The LWT-2050 is a user-friendly, price competitive, PC based CNC controlled worm and thread grinding machine. We use high technology products, such as PC based controller along with Direct |
Drive Motor and Linear Motor, to achieve the highest precision level of multi-functional worm and thread grinding machine. In addition, we has developed our own Smart Dialogue Software for flexible generation of a practically infinite number of different profiles, management of grinding/dressing cycles and storage of process/profile data without the need for the external PC. The combination of PC and Digital Control system allow simple data input and operation. Our flexible dresser enables profiling of the grinding wheels for standardized worm profiles (ZI, ZK, ZA, ZN and curvature profile), including tip and root modifications, and profiles of compressor rotors, pump spindles etc.
